Your inPixio license allows you to sign in on one computer. You’ve reached this limit when you receive a message ‘You've reached your devices activation limit’ when logging in.
You can unassign the license from the computer within the online account here.
How to unassign your license from the computer
- Click here to go to your Account Portal.
- Sign in to your inPixio account.
- Click the My Products tab and click on the arrow next to the license you wish to assign to the different device. Click the X button next to a PC name to unassign it.
After completing these steps you’ll be able to sign in to the application on a new computer.
How to assign a license to a new email
In case you have purchased the 5 PCs certificate, you will need to assign the licenses to other email addresses.
- Click here to go to your Account Portal.
- Sign in to your inPixio account.
- Visit My Products tab and click on the product name or the arrow next to it to expand it.
- Click on the Actions button next to Unassigned Licenses and choose Assign.
- Enter an email to assign a license and click Assign.

You should now be able to log in to your inPixio account on a new computer.
