This article will cover transferring the following versions of inPixio licenses:
Transferring an account-based version of inPixio to another computer
Your product is linked to your inPixio account. When you sign in to inPixio on your new device, your license will transfer automatically, but you need to unassign your product from your old device first. If you don't unassign your product before connecting to your new device, the free version will be activated.
- Open the Avanquest Account Portal.
- Sign in using the email and password from your inPixio account.
- Open the Products tab.
- Click on the arrow under the product you want to transfer.
- Click on the laptop icon.
- Click on the X next to your current device.
- Your license will now be unassigned from this device, so you can activate it on a different PC!
Transferring a key-based version of inPixio to another computer
By default, all inPixio Photo software can be licensed to one computer only.
If you wish to move it to another computer, please remove the software from the control panel programs list while the computer is connected to the Internet so you may use the same license key on another computer.
