If your PC meets the minimum system requirements and your inPixio software crashes please follow the troubleshooting below:
1. If your Windows 10 version is below 1909, update it to the most recent one. To check the version of your OS press Win+R and open "winver".
2. Make sure your graphic card drivers are up to date.
To update your drivers:
• Select Device Manager from the Start menu.
• Click the arrow next to Display Adapters and expand to see your graphics card.
• Click on your graphics card and select Properties.
• Navigate to the Driver tab and click on Update Driver.
• Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
• Continue through the prompts to complete the installation process.
• Restart your computer after the new driver is installed.

Drivers can be also downloaded directly from the manufacturer and may need a clean installation:
- Find AMD Software on your programs list.
- Highlight the program and click Uninstall.
- Visit the AMD SUPPORT website to select and download your driver.
- Once you have downloaded the executable, double-click on it to start the installation.
- Choose to Install to start the process. You can change the installation path by clicking Browse...
- Complete the installation, then restart your computer.
• NVIDIA
- Once you have downloaded the executable, double-click on it to start the installation.
- Follow the on-screen instructions until presented with the Installation options window.
- On the next screen, you will be given a choice of components to install (These should all be ticked by default, and if you are unsure, leave them that way).
- Under the Select driver component table, tick the box Perform a clean installation and click Next.
- Complete the installation, then restart your computer.
3. Uninstall the software from your computer and download the latest version from this page.
4. Once the installation has been completed, right-click on the inPixio software icon and choose Run as administrator to give you full administrative rights to the software.
