This problem is common for Windows 7, 8, and 10. It indicates that some crucial Windows updates are missing.
How to fix:
Please run Windows update (www.update.microsoft.com) and install all the important and optional updates (excluding language packs) available for your computer's system. Restart the computer to apply changes.
Once Windows loads up, disable protection software, close all running software and click using the right-hand-side mouse button on top of the Photo Clip 9/Studio 10 shortcut icon on Desktop and select option Run as Administrator.
This helps the program to install normally.
Try to work with the sample image included in any of the modules to see if the software returns an error message.
For Windows 7 and 8:
On your computer with Windows 7 and Windows 8 (8.1) please download the latest VC Redistributable file from this link here.
Сlose all running software and install it. Then restart the computer before loading the photo image in Photo Clip/ Studio 10 software.
If the issue persists, please also try to reinstall inPixio software once you have downloaded and installed the Windows updates. Contact technical support if any assistance required.
