removed background image doesn't stay when trying to use another tool? help pls

Whenever I remove the background from an image in inpixio, it doesn't let me apply the changes if I want to then use the edit photo tool. I have to save the image and open it again just to use the other tool which is super inconvenient. Is there a fix to this?

  also just noticed you can't even bring in a PNG with removed background... inpixio automatically puts a white background in ruining any removed background you had. dissapointing.

  Hello,

  Thanks for sharing that you want to remove the background, save it in PNG format and then apply edit tool features. Let us inform you that when you switch between the modules (like Remove Background, Photomontage, Edit, etc), the program asks you if you want to save the changes before you go to another module. But there is no need to save the picture and then reopen it. We will follow up with you to help you with this question and also, we will show you how to save in PNG format.
