What is a pre-order?
Pre-orders are a convenient way for the inPixio fans to order the newest version ahead of its release dates with a discount.
For those who prefer to pre-order new products directly from our website, please read the FAQ below to address any questions about our pre-order program.
Can all inPixio products be pre-ordered?
No, only selected products can be pre-ordered. On any given product page, a button and product status text will make clear whether the item is available for pre-order. Once a product available for pre-order has passed its sales start date, pre-ordering the product will no longer be possible.
How will I know that you have received my pre-order?
Once your order is finalized, we will send you an email confirming receipt. This confirmation email will state the product that you have reserved, and we will deliver it to you on the release date. As soon as we receive your payment we will send you an email with information on how to install and activate your product. If you have pre-ordered an inPixio product but have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.
Can I change my shipping details?
If you need to change your shipping details, please contact our customer service team. They will be able to assist you if the order has not yet shipped. Please note, however, that we are unable to change your payment details.
Will I be notified when my order is ready?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are normally shipped just after the release date, so you can expect to receive your CD shortly after the actual release start date. Please note that the average shipping delay is around 15 business days now.
Can all payment methods be used to pre-order?
The inPixio product can only be pre-ordered from our website with a credit card payment. Other online payment instruments will not be accepted.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged only when the order is ready to be released.
What happens if authorization fails when the credit card is charged?
If for any reason, your credit card cannot be charged at the time your inPixio order is ready to be released– such as if the card has expired by the time we attempt to settle the funds – your order will be canceled. If your card expires prior to the date on which the order is due to be released, please edit the credit card details in your billing account.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
A customer who has pre-ordered an inPixio product can contact customer support at any time to cancel the order.
Once the product is released and your credit card account is charged, it will no longer be possible to cancel the pre-order. However, you do have the option to submit a refund request within 30 days after the purchase.
