There are several reasons why your credit or debit card (or other available payment instruments) may be declined in our system. Below is a list of the most common reasons and the recommended course of action for each:
- You may have reached your credit card purchase limit and your bank denied the completion of your transaction.
- The server of the card-issuing bank could not be contacted. Please try the transaction again. If the issue persists, please contact your bank directly.
- There is an international limit on your card. You might need to check your account settings or contact your bank about this.
For your privacy and security, credit card companies don’t share information about why a card was declined with third parties. It could be as simple as information that was entered incorrectly, or your card may have a hold or block on international transactions.
You can use it to either re-try your payment again or to try with a different card or payment method.
Or, please call the phone number on the back of your card and ask exactly why your charge was declined and ask to authorize the payment or inform the bank representative about your willingness to purchase.
Hope this information is helpful and we will see you among our customers.
