Photo Eraser not finishing ever!

Hello. 
I just purchased, downloaded and activated my copy of inPixio. Everytime I try to use the Photo Eraser, it  does not complete the process ever.... After selecting the subject to erase, and clicking the "erase" button,.. A little blue circle spins and the blue progress bar moves to about 3/4 of the way across then stops every time, and the little blue spinning circle spins all day!  What could be the issue?  Do I have a bad download of the program?  Do I need to reinstall inPixio?  Any help is appreciated.
