photo eraser
AnsweredGood afternoon, I started with the free package, seemed to be great so I bought the pro and upgraded to ultimate. I have a fairly large picture around 12mb, I am trying to remove some items from the large image and the software seems to freeze at about the 85% complete point. I have been waiting for around 20 minutes to for the items to be removed and it seems to not be progressing any more. Is there a limit to the size of the image it can work with?
I have a core 7 processor with a ton of memory, I just don't understand why it is not working. I am going to leave it running in the hopes that my items are just so small that it needs some time but just wondered if there were limitations.

Hi Doug,
Thank you for your post. Let me help you with the issue.
The photo erasing requires a specific approach when it comes to editing. I would advise you to erase the elements by small portions. One-by-one.
If you have too many processes or programs running on the computer while trying to work with the images on InPixio, it will often cause the software to freeze up expectantly. The first option would be to ensure that your project has been saved, and then restart your computer to free up resources.
Also, the following steps are what is suggested to get you back up and running.
1. Uninstall the software from your computer.
2. Download the latest version from our website or from your purchase confirmation email.
3. Install the software to a different location on your computer, as in a different drive if you have one, and not the default C:
4. Once the installation has completed, right-click on the InPixio software icon and choose Run as administrator to give you full administrative rights to the software. If you still can’t resolve the problem, you can contact our Technical Support. Before contacting Technical Support, please prepare and include the information listed here. The more info you provide, the more we can understand your issue and better service will be provided.
Regards!
