    Hi Doug,

Thank you for your post. Let me help you with the issue.

The photo erasing requires a specific approach when it comes to editing. I would advise you to erase the elements by small portions. One-by-one.

If you have too many processes or programs running on the computer while trying to work with the images on InPixio, it will often cause the software to freeze up expectantly. The first option would be to ensure that your project has been saved, and then restart your computer to free up resources.

Also, the following steps are what is suggested to get you back up and running.

    1. Uninstall the software from your computer.
    2. Download the latest version from our website or from your purchase confirmation email.
    3. Install the software to a different location on your computer, as in a different drive if you have one, and not the default C:
    4. Once the installation has completed, right-click on the InPixio software icon and choose Run as administrator to give you full administrative rights to the software.

If you still can’t resolve the problem, you can contact our Technical Support. Before contacting Technical Support, please prepare and include the information listed here. The more info you provide, the more we can understand your issue and better service will be provided.

    Regards!

    InPixio Team
