Please go to http://u-bill.com/index.aspx#purchasefinder and enter the requested information to view your receipt showing the billing information.
I advise you to contact your bank so they can locate this refund in the system.

I dont beleive you because please find here a copy of my Visa extract as from 1st Dec 2022 until 1 Jan 2023..
As you can see, there is no log of your transaction.
Could you send me the evidence of you refunding so that I can put both information to Visa company ?

Thank you for your reply.
I have double-checked with our billing team and got the confirmation that the account was refunded before the Customer Support team sent you a confirmation.
Kindly be advised to check your Visa bank statement data from Nov 27 until Nov 30, 2022. I'll send you the confirmation in a PM.
