reinstall inpixio photo eraser

Hi,

I deleted reinstall from my old computer, but you mailed me you fixed to reset the back end cache so to reinstall it on my new computer, but how?

When i go to the mail you send me with the code I cannot reinstall.

How do I do this?

I mailed you, but no reaction on my mails.

Now I am without photo eraser and I need it and payed for it, so please some more info on how to reinstall.

  I understand you are having issues with the fresh installation of your eRaser 9.
  
  To address this you need to download  a fresh copy of the software from this link - https://filecdn.inpixio.com/Photo_Eraser/ML/inPixioPhotoEraser9.exe and use your key sent to your mailbox. 
  
  Additionally, please let me know to which email you sent your support inquiry, as I failed to find anything sent from the email used to create this post.
