Missing pictures in Photo Editor Version 10 (a step down from version 9), additional options not provided

Photo Editor 10 does not load all of the photos from my folder like Photo Editor 9 use to do and still does. This is unacceptable. Photo Editor 9 works perfectly and loads all my work pictures from my work folder. I thought I would upgrade to the new version Photo Editor 10. I did and I do not like the fact that it does not load all my pictures like version 9 does. Very frustrating and a big disappointment. It is a step down in the software. I allowed technical support to work on the software on my PC and they had no fix but I was told they would have the developers work on it in the next update/patch. What good is that? I went ahead and decided to get the Inpixio Photo Studio 10 Ultimate and purchase the lifetime license. When I purchased the software the option to purchase the lifetime license was not offered to me as stated it would be. I am now waiting for Inpixio to sort what they are offering. Again very disappointing. I hope the next post if there is one will sound much better than this one.

Thank you for reporting this behaviour.
This is an issue that will be fixed in one of the upcoming InPixio updates.
Nonetheless, I can confirm you have a lifetime license and all is working as expected.
