Easy Video Creator Audio

I am new to the InPixio software. I used the 'Easy Video Creator' software to combine videos made using my Samsung Galaxy mobile. At the end of the project, when I played the combined video, the audio did not play at all. I am not familiar with the compatible codecs to identify the issue. Could someone assist in resolving this?

Also, is it possible to add music that plays in the background while playing the video with audio without affecting the clarity?
