serialkey don't work anymore

i have the product now 2 years  en now it stop and ask for the serialkey

i have the serialkey in  e-mail whene i buy this product, whene i start the program

he ask foor serialkey number, i paste the number in , but the number do not work, why not

i try to reinstal with the link in the mail, but the link don't work anymore

please help me
