Bought new computer, want to get version 11 not 12

I have downloaded version 11 but even when logged in to my account it leaves a water mark on my images. It wants me to upgrade to version 12, but I don't like version 12. Version 11 does a much better job.

Customer service is slow to respond and so far they have not been able to help me. Please help if you want me to continue buying annual licenses.
