This software company may look pretty, but is it a RIP OFF SCAM?
I have used Inpixio for years and they've always been a little sketchy. This week, I feel like they are super shady. I purchased a year license for a product. They tacked on a 5-computer license for an extra $10, that I didn't even see on there and now my subscription says it has EXPIRED and I need to reactivate. I purchased it 4/19/2022. It is 4/24/2022!!! No one to speak with, no one to give any real answers. My receipt says exactly what I paid for, but the program I download and open is NOT the right one and it is a FREE version that I cannot complete edits with. Sounds very fishy. Time for a Better Business Bureau report for this company to be looked into closer. Adobe Photoshop or Affinity looks REALLY good right now.

This is still a problem. I renewed the Studio 12 Ultimate. Before tghe purchase, it said it would be $49.99. When I purchased the renewal, it charged me $89.99. And the expiration has not been updated.I have never seen a renewal process more screwed up.
