Impossible to get hold of for refund
Hi, I purchased the software last Friday. I have been trying to get a refund since Monday (now 5 days ago) as I find the software unsuitable for my needs. I created a ticket and rang the "helpline" several times but cannot get hold of anyone. Every time I call I get this message: "We're sorry due to unforeseen circumstances our phone lines are currently busy right now". You might as well just disconnect the phone if you don't want anyone to get through to you. Also, zero response in terms of email communication, apart from emails asking to rate your service. I can't seem to locate the "live chat". Please can someone get in touch with me to arrange a refund?!

It is definitely true. We have started to move towards normal operations but this is the reality of our operations. If you need a refund we can definitely follow up and make sure you get it.

I doubt that you will ever see your money again. InPixio is a scam and their software is essentially a virus. eally it should be registered as one at Google, Bing and with McAfee. I have been trying to get a refund, but they don't have any method on their site to request it.
They say 30 days money back guarantee ... but find me a way to exercise that. It's nowhere on their site. I don't know why these guys are still in business.
