Program only launches to the initial page

Waited several months to get this software...Installed it on a 32 GB I5, with Windows 10 UPDATED (which could be a major problem for Inpixio) and the program wont even opena pic from my computer, before it states it encountered an error, and shuts down. No blue screen of death, no windows error, this is a program error o the side of the inventors of the software, and a incompatibility issue with 64 bit operating systems. So glad Im still a Photoshop and Lightroom subscriber, but was really looking forward to this software saving me time..any clue guys?

  thank you for sharing you need help with opening pictures in inPixio on your PC. We will gladly look into the case to see where the problem is. I will create a ticket for it so our support representative can follow up to get the issue resolved.
