Refund please - why isn't there a Contact box to communicate with you?

    You can create a ticket or contact in the live chat on this page:  https://inpixio.zendesk.com/hc/en
    To contact in live chat, find in the bottom left a red button "Support" and click on it. First, you will be asked to find the solution in our knowledgebase, if you can't find it there, the LIVE CHAT button will appear, please click on it to start a conversation.
    You can also create a request by clicking on the “contact us” button on that page.
