Can't get on with ipixio.

I have used ipixio only a couple of days but find it very diffacult to get on with.  So I have gone back on my laptop and use Paint Shop Pro. so much easier really is.  sorry about this. can you help me please.

  I just find it to hard to fiqure out. so I am going to remove it from my Mac

  I have had this for a week or 2 and still cannot log in. No matter what I do. If I use Google it says activated and to close that page and go back to the login page.  It Does not work. I am sooo frustrated.
