    Hello Anna,


    Thank you for letting us know you are not happy with the result the AI tool did removing the background. 
    You can manually adjust it in the Adjustments> Selection menu. To do that you need to witch on Edit Selection and you’ll see 3 options underneath: Foreground, Background, and Edge. 


    There will be 2 parts of the screen, in the first part you can see the original picture and how it was sectioned Foreground is in green, Background is in red and the Edge, the outline is marked with yellow color. So to adjust any of these parts, select the option you need. In case you need to delete something use the background brush if you need to bring something back that was detected as a background use the foreground brush and paint over this object on the left side of the screen.

    Do you offer discounts for long-time subscribers? I own Photo studio 11, I was thinking about getting ver12 pro.

    Been using Photo Studio Ultimate/Pro on Mac and Windows PCs since they came into existence. The Mac versions are always two versions behind the windows version so the features on windows can't be used on Macs. The new Studio 12 Pro is OK, the AI version on 11 is better than 12. Also the edit selection where you get split screens Before/After picture, on Ultimate/Pro 11 you can make edits on either screen, my group finds it easier to work with the cleaned version (right screen on 11), in 12 Pro you have dropped this awesome and less time consuming feature. You have doubled the time it takes to do edits in 12 than 11. SO keep 11 around. I am a lifetime upgrade member with inPixio. Ultimate/Pro 11 for me beets any photo package in the industry on background removal and being able to dial in on fine hair. V12 Pro is OK, but going backward for those in the business of working with photos and scenes. If you are looking for fine hair edits, 11 Ultimate/Pro is the best in the industry.

    I have the same feelings!!! I am using windows - the AI version on 11 was better than 12! 

    "Also the edit selection where you get split screens Before/After picture, on Ultimate/Pro 11 you can make edits on either screen, my group finds it easier to work with the cleaned version (right screen on 11)'! I have the same problem! I can't even find the manual mode which will help. In 12 you need to do everything "dot by dot". It's time-consuming

    How can I return to 11 ver.? . Please advice....

    " I am a lifetime upgrade member with inPixio" - I think I am too... Please help, because now I really hate inPixio... Sorry...

    I know that we are close to launching the new version update, so please run the updates as soon as they are available in the nearest weeks.

    I have also attached the edited image for you, I googled the same picture, but with a different contrast level.
