watermark on inpixio11

I just downloaded the inPixio11 program. I was told there wasnt a KEY anymore to log in or download. But once I come to edit a photo it has inpixio watermark all over the picture. Like its still in demo mood or something. Can someone let me know what im doing wrong please?

  Hi Mahlon, 

  Thank you for letting us know that you cannot remove watermarks. Let us explain to you why you see them. The watermarks appear while editing in inPixio when you either did not activate the program correctly or you use the features that are not included in your package. 

  Our system shows that our agent sent you an email with activation instructions. We will follow up to check with you if everything was clear and you managed to activate the program.
