unable to see changes on main photo
since i reinstalled inpixio whenever i am editing a photo, the changes can only be seen on the thumbnail until i've saved it. the large image that i work from, doesn;t show the changes as i go along.
ive been in touch with the help section and even had them take control of my laptop but it hasnt helped. i feel they are fobbing me off. the last person i spoke to via chat, said she had to speak with someone and would email me. that was over a week ago

Yea, have just bought the comprehensive package so that i can use the Photo Maximizer, was initially very impressed by the 1,000% improvement of the image uploaded to the site. That was a short lived experience. Now, i can try to upgrade the photo quality to only 100%. Even that is not possible, Auto Pop-up "Photo Maximizer has encountered a problem & will be closed. Would you like to send information to help in Pixio to solve the problem". Keep knocking at Pixio's door, but no one's at home.
