Clone & Erase Select Shape/s

with Clone and Erase, but more importantly with Clone, you cannot select a rectangle - ONLY a CIRCLE (but Erase has several 'free-form' selections).

yet, when cloning (and erasing), you almost always want to select a rectangle.

the exact opposite issue to the cropping shape issue. and btw i think more critical too.
