    i have the same problem tech is no help i have had it almost 2 months have not even got to use it

    Charlie: I got no help from tech support. I stumbled upon a work-around that helped me. I made the app run automatically at startup. As long as it opens at startup and I never close it, it performs correctly. Of course I don’t want to use it most of the time, so I just keep it minimized while I am using the computer. That way I can maximize it and use it when I want. It is the only way I can use it.
