Purchased Photo Retoucher

I have purchased this software but it only loads the trial version, with an update to purchase. I can't even access the area to insert the product code. I contacted the phone number of the support people but they wanted to access my computer remotely but my malware software strongly recommended not to allow. They then sent the the download but it is the trail version that I had already tried to load. Now I'm concerned as I have read the comments in reviews and the companies Facebook page, I did question the chap that took my call as to how secure this would be but when you have software that questions I called off the access. Have I been scammed?

  I can gladly help you with the activation of Photo Retoucher 6 Pro. Please follow the instructions below:

  1) Download and then install the program with the following link:

  https://fastcdn.avanquest.com/Photo_Retoucher/SORetoucher6.exe

  2) When it is installed, run the program.

  3) Click the SoftOrbits tab and then click Register:

  

  4)Then copy&paste the license key and click Register:
