I have used inpixio for three years and very happy. i am currently using10 ultimate again very happy, but would love to go "11" because change to me has been a positive experience.
i have purchased 11 and cannot get all the features to 3 help sessions (very good service although i was reluctent for them to take control of my computer} i am still unable to get the program to fire up. i have lefts a message on the support page and have had replies to say you are busy. your experts talked aboy computer speed but i had no hassle in installing and using 10 ultimate i don't want my $49.00 dollars back I want the program to work and make me happy please help promptly kevin leahy

I have the same issue with tech response. My issue is that Version 11 does have a save option in cutter mode. Does not have a save option and does allow me to save in PNG format to create a transparent background in cutter
