Could you please send me the screenshot of the error message so I could coordinate with the technical team and please confirm the software version installed on your PC?

Thanks for your quick response. Here are two screenshots.
Now this program won't accept my .jpeg images because they 6 MB. Do you have an email address I can send the images?

Hi Rgeorge 386, DO you get any solution from Lola ?

Has there been any response to the update problem?

You should contact the customer support so their people will create a case for you before they can provide you with a direct link to the update file. I just receive mine.
Their response is very decent, reasonable time, especially during this crazy situation. Good luck to you and others.

Hi,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am sorry for the delay.
The easiest way is to uninstall the software and then, reinstall it with the links provided below. However, I would advise you to follow the full instructions.
On Windows 10 please run Windows Update (http://www.windows10forums.com/articles/check-for-updates-in-windows-10.20/) and apply all Important and optional updates (excluding language packs) available for your computer's system.
When the installation is completed, shut down (do not restart it) the computer. Upon booting up please check for Windows Updates again, apply if any. In addition, make sure the computer protection program’s virus signature database is updated to its latest release.
Then, please reinstall InPixio Photo software from the scratch:
1 Remove it from the control panel program's list
2 Restart your PC
3 Turn off UAC if required - click here to read about
4 Temporarily disable your antivirus protection program. Occasionally, protection software and/or firewall may cause problems.
Here is an example where to find these settings in some popular antivirus programs: AviraEMSI, Viper, Norton, AVG, Avast, Malwarebytes, Kaspersky, Webroot, Trend, Bitdefender, Microsoft Security Essentials, Windows Defender, McAfee, Panda, Bullguard, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 9, ESET, WinAntiRansom, 360 Total Security, F-Secure
5 Download the setup file from the link below by clicking with the right-hand-side mouse button on this link and select the option Save Target/Link As
