Purchased "inPixio Photo Studio 10 Mac Pro" tried to use Photo Cutter and when I try to save an edited photo, I get a message "Warning Cannot Save Photo.  This also happens when I also try to save an unedited photo also.    ks8092@gmail.com

  Hi James,

  We all know that new software updates can be exciting! However, we strongly recommend that Mac users postpone updating to Apple’s new macOS Big Sur.

  For this particular moment, our engineering team is thoroughly testing and qualifying our InPixio macOS products on the new operating system. Once that work is completed, we will be able to confirm with confidence whether or not our products will require updates to ensure compatibility.

  Until thorough testing with the final release version of Big Sur is conducted, we cannot guarantee full compatibility with all of our products. We have already received multiple complaints on the issue while saving the photo after its editing or software crash.

  Meanwhile, I will create a support ticket for you and our technical agent will send you the new beta build to correct the issue.
