Hi Ehbeitz,
Thank you for your post. Let me assist you with the software crash.
Check for pending Windows and virus database updates. Apply them, if available.
Kindly remove the software from your Control Panel and reinstall it with this link to the Ultimate version. You can also try to install the software to a different location on your computer, as in a different drive if you have one, and not the default C:
Temporarily disable your antivirus program, right-click on the InPixio setup file and select the “Run as Administrator” option.Allow InPixio the opportunity to install all of its components. Copy and paste your license, to activate the software and restart the computer before using the software.
