Missing activation key
AnsweredI ordered Inpixio Photo Focus 4 and Maximiser 4, order Number: UQHSZMXP on July 19th. I received the activation key for Maximiser4 but not one for Focus 4 could you please send the activation key for Focus 4

Thank you for letting us know you did not receive a key for Photo Focus and Photo Maximizer.
Kindly note that the latest versions of inPixio Photo Focus and Photo Maximizer have an account-based activation, which means there are no license keys anymore.
Your product will be attached to your inPixio account. An account is created upon purchase and linked to the email address you used during checkout.
You should have received an email to create a password after your purchase was completed.
In order to activate your product, please follow these steps:
Click on the Login Logo in the top right corner.
Enter your email address and password then click Sign In.Please let us know if you have any questions.
