    Hi Michael,

Thank you for contacting the InPixio support team. I understand that’s really frustrating, let’s see what I can do to help.

Frankly, we haven’t added these options yet. But I think that’s an awesome idea! I have already received other feature requests related to the print option from our customers to add to the software. I don’t have an ETA from the product team behind it yet but from their last update, I’d say we’re close to launching it.

If you have any other suggestions or feedback, just let me know and I’ll be happy to share it with my development team.

    Regards,

    InPixio Team

So am I to understand that Inpixio does not support printing standard size pictures (4x6,5x7 or 8x10)? What is up with that?

    Hi John,

    Thank you for your question.

The list of paper sizes that are available for a printer is provided by the printer driver. If you have to add a paper size to the list, you must add that paper size to the printer driver in Microsoft Windows.

If you are using the actual printer driver that is specific to your device, a selected printer lists all the paper sizes that are appropriate to that device. However, if you are using a different printer driver (for example, the Adobe PDF driver or the Generic Colour PS for Commercial Printing driver that is included with Microsoft Publisher Publisher), and that driver does not have the paper size that you want, you can add a custom paper size to the printer driver list of available paper sizes.

To add a custom paper size, follow these steps:

Right-click the Start button, then Control Panel, and finally View devices and printers.

Click a printer in the list, then click Print server properties. In the dialog box that appears, check the box for Create a new form.

Give the new page size a unique and descriptive Form name, such as ’24×36′ or ‘Custom A size’. Select Metric or English units as required.

Define the page size with the long dimension as the width and the short dimension as the height.

Restart your InPixio application and notice the new page sizes.

Let me know if this helps.

    Regards!

It is unconscionable that your program does not support U.S. sizes and that you are not able to provide a working work around!  It looks like the best option is to edit in your app and print from another!  How hard can it be for talented people that you employ to adapt the software????

    Hi Allan,

Thank you for letting us know you want inPixio Photo Studio to have US photo sizes to be embedded into the print menu. We will make sure to forward your feedback as a feature request to our product team for further consideration.

    Regards,
    inPixio team
