Hello and thank you for your blog post.
I understand you are experiencing a 0x7 error message while attempting to update your program.
The error message that you receive in InPixio software indicates that either an antivirus program or a firewall is blocking the InPixio update module and prevents you from downloading an update.
To address this you should grant access of InPixio to your local port 80, which could be easily achieved by temporarily disabling your antivirus software and firewall. If the update is blocked even after the pause, please do manually reinstall the updated software version if the issue persists and also install Windows updates (https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/12373/windows-update-faq) followed by a PC restart.
After your computer is restarted, please temporarily disable yet again your antivirus and firewall for the time of the installation and uninstall inPixio Photo Studio 10 Pro.
1) Go to the "Start" menu (located in the bottom left-hand corner).
2) Type “Control Panel” and access it.
3) Open “Programs and Features” or “Uninstall a Program” folder.
4) Find InPixio Photo Studio 10 program in the list and click on Uninstall.
5) Follow the prompts to finish the uninstallation process.
After you have successfully removed InPixio Photo Studio 10, please proceed to its installation.
Please download InPixio Photo Studio 10/InPixio Photo Studio 10 PRO by following this link and use your program key to activate.
Sincerely,
Hristo,
