    I have checked our billing system and didn't find any active account related to your email address. Could you please send us your order number so I could find your purchase and confirm your request?

    Frankly, we haven’t added the option to change the credit card details in the accounts yet due to some security restrictions. But I think that’s an awesome idea! 

    If you have any other suggestions or feedback, just let me know and I’ll be happy to share it with my development team.
