    Hello Jos,

    Thank you for your community post. 

    I understand you are having issues with the fresh installation of your eRaser 9.

    To address this you need to download  a fresh copy of the software from this link - https://filecdn.inpixio.com/Photo_Eraser/ML/inPixioPhotoEraser9.exe and use your key sent to your mailbox. 

    Additionally, please let me know to which email you sent your support inquiry, as I failed to find anything sent from the email used to create this post.
