No activation key

I bought on Friday at Microsoft Store " Inpixio Maximizer", but there was no activation key.
The software is useless for me without key.
Where can I cancel it and get my money back?

I understand you purchased a Photo Maximizer via Microsoft.com , but you never received a license key.
I can confirm your issue is now resolved, but such cases should be addressed via the Microsoft Store through https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/ , as Microsoft is a re-seller of ours and the entire purchase process goes through their billing and license management systems.
