    Why don't you allow at least 2 computers on each program. I have 1 desktop and 1 laptop.

    Hi Nathanael,

    Thank you for your question. InPixio may be activated on 1 computer at a time.

    The software is not permanently ‘locked’ to an activated computer, so you can always de-activate and transfer the activation to a different computer if needed.

    If you wish to use the products on 2 machines, or for further colleagues to also use the products, additional licenses will need to be purchased with the discounted price. 

    I can understand how convenient it could be for our customers to have the software on a laptop and on the desktop. I will relay your feedback to the appropriate marketing department.

    Hello Terry, 
    Thank you for letting us know you need help transferring your license to a new device. Please be informed that you can do that in your inPixio online account. You need to unassign the license from your computer to activate it on another one.

    To unassign the license:

    • Please open inPixio Account Portal - inPixio
    • Sign in using your email and password from your inPixio account

    • Open My Products section and expand it. Click on the X next to the PC name to unassign the license.

     

    • Now you can download inPixio Photo Studio on your new computer and activate it on a new PC.
