    Thank you for your post. I will be glad to assist you.

    Please follow the steps below to solve the issue:

    1. Click Start (Windows logo button in the left bottom corner of the screen) and search for Control Panel.
    2. Click the "Control Panel" menu.
    3. Choose "Programs and Features".
    4. Clicking inPixio Photo Studio 10 Pro you will see "Uninstall or Modify".
    5. Select "Uninstall."
    6. Restart the computer.
    7. Run Windows Updates and install all pending in the list, then restart the computer again and open this message again to continue with the steps.
    8. After restarting, please use this direct download link to obtain the setup file of inPixio Photo Studio 10 Pro:
    9. Disable protection software, click using the right-hand-side mouse button on top of the newly-downloaded file, and select option Run as Administrator.

    I will open a support case for you. Could you please send me a copy of the photo you are not able to open in the software, so I could test the issue and provide you with the solution.

    The privacy of your file will be respected and the sample will be deleted right after the testing.
