    Could you please try to run the software as an Administrator and temporarily disable your firewall and antivirus software?

    I’d like to help where I can, so I will need your Order ID and some details of your OS. Is it Windows 10 (8, 7, XP), is it 32 or 64-bit version? Do you have enough RAM to run the application? These answers will help me to resolve the issue.
