Hi, after lots of conversations with one of your support colleagues I hate to admit that your software does not meet my requirements. Therefor I want to discard of the use of InPixio in the future and remove the software altogether from my computer. As this is within the reclaim period I kindly ask you for a refund of the amount paid for the license.
In case you need the procurement proof I will gladly send it to you. I trust that you will refund the amount.
