    What do I have to do to get a refund?  I've sent emails and you've created tickets.  I want both charges refunded.  Your agent was right online to upsell with confusing offers; but when I needed to clear up the issues with the purchase....it was another story.  I am not happy at all with this purchase.  You say I have 30 days to get a refund.  Well, this will put my request on record to show that I did submit such a request within your time limitations.

    I want a refund. Friend suggested I try this, there was no trial, just purchase. I have been trying to email or call and "technical issues'. You had no issues drafting my money, I'd like it returned.
    This is unacceptable customer service.

    I have tried to request a refund on several attempts in which I am told high season and extremely huge amount of requests. Then asked for more context on the situation. My request for cancellation was with an hr on 5/9 after making a mistake with purchase and shouldn’t be this difficult after giving my confirmation # and trouble ticket #.
