Photo eraser not opening
AnsweredI purchase, installed and register the inPixio Photo Studio 10 Pro special yesterday. To day the Photo Eraser program will not open. The box with the different tiles opens, the splash or start screen for Eraser opens then it immediately goes away. The box with the different programs remains and it says that Eraser is running. When I go to task manager it says the program is running. But it does not come back up. What can I do to correct this. Yesterday it happened with the Cutter, but then it started working.

Thank you for your post. I apologize for the issue you face with the software.
I recommend the following system specifications to run InPixio software:
Windows version:
Windows 7 (64-bit), 7 (32-bit), 8, 10
Processor Intel® or AMD
4 GB of RAM - (8 recommended)
700 MB of free disk space, mouse and keyboard
Internet connection
Screen resolution 1024 x 768
Please close all the InPixio software and install the newest InPixio Photo Studio 10.4 Ultimate version by following the link below

The following steps are also recommended to get you back up and running in case the issue persists
1 Install the software to a different location on your computer, as in a different drive if you have one, and not the default C:
2. Once the installation has completed, right-click on the InPixio software icon and choose Run as administrator to give you full administrative rights to the software.
