AnsweredMy issue was not with installing and activating inPixio Photo Studio 10 Pro. My issue comes after that. Every time I open the application I now get an update available. When I try to install the update I get a message.
The Update engine is not installed
I have InPixio Photo Studio Pro 10 and InPixio Photo Focus as well as InPixio Maximizer and I get the same message every time.
Where do I get the Update Engine?

Thank you for your post. I apologize that you face this update issue.
If you are not able to download or install Update Engine, are having difficulty connecting to download and install updates, the anti-virus software or firewall that you are running may be blocking the program from performing these functions. It may be necessary for you to temporarily disable your firewall or anti-virus software to:
- determine if this is what is causing the connection issues, and
- connect to download the update, etc.
Most firewalls and anti-virus programs that are running on your computer will display an icon in your Windows Taskbar next to the clock and will allow you to right-click on the icon and select "Turn Off" or "Disable". If you do not see this option you will need to open the firewall or anti-virus software and disable it.
