photos wont load

I have had this for months and can not get photos to load. sometimes it will just keep loading forever and other times it gives an error and closes it. Someone please help.

  Most commonly it's due to an aggressive antivirus program or a major Windows update.

  I'm having the same issue..  does anyone know how to fix this?

  I have pulled your account and see that we have already scheduled a follow up from the technical agent.

  I can advise you the following to fix the issue, however, there could be more reasons that potentially cause the issue with the photo loading:

  1 Please clear AppData and Program Data
  2 install NET Framework 4.8 and C++ 2015-2019 from the Microsoft website or from this page
  3 Reinstall the app with the link below

  https://filecdn.inpixio.com/Photo_Studio/ML/inPixioPhotoStudio10.exe

  4 Insert the activation/license key from your purchase confirmation.
