    Hi Susan,

    Thank you for your question. I will definitely help you with the concern.

    There are two other things I could recommend trying:

    The first is to check that your anti-virus program and firewall is not blocking the installation - this can sometimes happen. I would advise you to temporarily switch them off to check.

    The other is to check your system configuration. Photo Studio 10 needs more memory etc. than earlier versions, specifically you need:


    4GB min RAM (8GB recommended)
    700MB disk space


    You mentioned that your computer has Windows 10 installed on it but it might be worth checking just in case, especially if you have a lot of programs installed.
