I purchased Inpixio 9 Studio (Photo Suite) with the lifetime license addition.

Can I upgrade to Version 10?

How do I upgrade?

  The certificate Lifetime license on up to 5 PCs for Photo Suite does qualify for a free upgrade to inPixio Studio 10.

  Please note that a free upgrade key for Photo Studio 10 will not be valid for life or for 5 PCs. It will be valid for 1 PC and 1 year accordingly as the certificate applies only to the version you purchased it with (which was Inpixio Photo Clip 9, obviously).

  In general, you have to receive an automatic email for getting a free upgrade to the newest Studio 10 version (please check your Inbox and Spam), and, if for some reason you haven’t received one, please send a request to our Support Team.

  We usually reply within 24 hours but please allow some delay because of the recent release of the software.
