    Hi,

Thank you for your question. I will surely help you with the installation of your InPixio product.

Please uninstall the previous version from your PC. You can find the instructions Here.

Please follow the steps below to install and activate inPixio Photo Studio 10 Pro:

    1. Please download your software from this link.

Be sure the file has been fully downloaded before proceeding with the installation process.

NOTE: A stable internet connection is a requirement for the successful activation of your software. I would also advise you to disable your antivirus software and firewall.

    2. Kindly start the installation with a right-click and by selecting “Run as Administrator”:

    3. Please proceed with the selection of your preferred language and click “Install”:

    4. Note that the software will extract all of the necessary files:

    5. Once the extraction and installation processes are complete, the software will prompt you to start it. Please proceed by pressing “Start Now”:

    6. To activate your application, kindly press the shopping cart icon in the top right corner:

    7. Our recommendation is to copy and paste your license number. You can do that by copying from your order confirmation. The activation field will appear after you click on “Activate”:

    8. Please copy and paste your license key from the purchase confirmation email.

Let me know if you continue to face an issue with the update.

    Regards!

My issue was not with installing and activating inPixio Photo Studio 10 Pro. My issue comes after that. Every time I open the application I now get an update available. When I try to install the update I get the 0x7 message.

Is there a way I can just download the update and then manually install it?.

    Hi Stan,

Users report that their AVG, Avast, and Malwarebytes are blocking the update.

In order to fix the issue with the update, please reinstall it following the steps below:

Please install Windows updates (https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/12373/windows-update-faq) and then restart your PC.

After your computer is restarted, please temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall, then uninstall inPixio Photo Studio 10 Pro.

    1) Go to the "Start" menu (located in the bottom left-hand corner).
    2) Type “Control Panel” and access it.
    3) Open “Programs and Features” or “Uninstall a Program” folder.
    4) Find InPixio Photo Studio 10 program in the list and click on Uninstall.
    5) Follow the prompts to finish the uninstallation process.

After you have successfully removed InPixio Photo Studio 10, please proceed to its installation.

You would think that your company would fix this problem of updating. Updating is accomplished daily from many software makers throughout the world, yet inPixio doesn't.

Oh, I will have to submit a ticket and someone will respond with "here is the link to upgrade to new version".

Don't you think you could do better for your customers who paid good money to use it?

    Valerie and Team,

I have to agree with Larry. I had the same problem with In Pixio 10 but with no other software. Even more frustrating was that I bought a lifetime license for In Pixio 11, but was instructed to delete In Pixio 10 Ultimate to make the updates work (which didn't solve the problem). Uninstalling IP 10 Ultimate wiped out Focus and Maximizer, which I'll have to buy a second time if I want to keep using them. I don't think it's reasonable to have to repurchase $100 worth of software just so the updates work.
I do appreciate the timely support and willingness to help, as well as your team's courtesy and professionalism.

    Best,
    Ted
