Hi there!
Thank you for your post. Let me help you with that.
In general, the importing process depends on your device.
Use the following steps to copy photos from a camera or smartphone to your computer:Before you can transfer photos from your device to your computer, you must connect the device with the digital photos to your computer. Use one of the following options:USB connection - Make sure the computer is turned on and Windows is open. Connect the camera or smartphone to the computer using the USB cable supplied with the device, then turn on the device.Memory card - Most cameras and some smartphones use a removable memory card to store digital photos. If your computer has a memory card reader or you have an external card reader, and it supports the same type of card used by your device, you can use your computer to access the photos on the card.Remove the memory card from your camera and insert it in the appropriate slot in the memory card reader.NOTE:Although your smartphone might have a memory card (usually Micro SD), it might be easier to connect the device to the computer with a USB cable, since some memory cards must be accessed by removing the back and the battery from the device.A message displays in the lower-right corner of the computer screen showing the name of the device.-
Click the message to open the AutoPlay window.
-
In the AutoPlay window, click Import photos and videos.
-
The Photos app opens and looks for new photos and videos on your device.
-
When the Photos app reports the results of the search, click Import.
-
The Photos app copies the photos on your device into the Pictures library on your computer.
Then, you will be able to open the photos with InPixio software, In case you have any issue with importing the image files, please contact HP support directly
