subscription issues

I am getting so frustrated with Pixio.  my subscription says it will be renewed in July.  today i get my "last chance" to subscribe (again).  when i try to access the program, i get the stupid watermark saying I'm not subscribed and click to (re) activate.  does anyone else have these issues?  is this company just a big scam???  the contact me page doesn't work, just goes around in circles.  does anyone else have a DIFFERENT PHOTO PROGRAM THAT ACTUALLY WORKS?  I have been having issues with this all year. Any help would be appreciated.!!  thank you.
