Unhappy Customer
Hello,
After trying the free trial today, I subscribed to one year of inPixio Photo Studio 12 for approximately $30. The main feature that prompted me to subscribe was the AI background eraser. Much to my surprise and disappointment, after activating my subscription and removing the background from my image, inPixio placed a watermark on the image which pretty much renders it useless to me and seems my subscription payment was a waste.
I am not happy about this. I would either like to be able to use the functions that I have access to here, without watermarks, or I'd just rather not have a subscription and would prefer a refund.
Please clarify and advise.
Also, please note, I was unable to submit a support request through the website as I continually receive an 'Internal Error' message from your server. I tried multiple times on multiple browsers to contact support. This is the only way I can find to communicate with you besides telephone!

Thanks for letting us know that you bought a license but you get watermarks on your images when using the Remove Background feature. We'd like to inform you that according to our records, you purchased inPixio Photo Studio Standard which doesn't include this function in the package. We'll email you to clarify and help you further.
