    Hi Benjamin,

    Thanks for letting us know that you bought a license but you get watermarks on your images when using the Remove Background feature. We'd like to inform you that according to our records, you purchased inPixio Photo Studio Standard which doesn't include this function in the package. We'll email you to clarify and help you further. 

    As for the error when submitting a support request, we'll forward this info further to the appropriate team. Thank you for sharing.
